Overcompensation (Photo dump and manifesting)

Dear Reader,

I often find myself thinking of my options. Do you ever think about something and maybe realize you’ve “over-done” it? There is a common phrase I’ve heard, “self fulfilling prophecy” , In 1948, Robert K. Merton coined the term self-fulfilling prophecy to describe “a false definition of the situation evoking a behavior which makes the originally false conception come true” (Merton, 1968, p. 477).

I don’t know about you, but I get caught in these ruminations about “over-doing it”. Guess what? It’s on my mind so often I indeed end up overstressing, over worrying, over doing it.

Is there really such a thing as “over-doing it?”

what do you mean? (for the reader)

Who gets to decide if it is too much?

The vibes probably

The vibrations we feel at a molecular level that communicate to our brain?

An ancestor of the hearing system?

Vibratory stimuli are indeed used by a number of living organisms to communicate through plants, branches and other solid substrates. "Our discoveries probably reveal the existence of an ancient sensory channel, which could be an evolutionary precursor of hearing," concludes Mario Prsa. This somewhat vestigial, yet highly sensitive modality might also explain how we are able to identify subtle clues linked to upcoming natural disasters, or why construction or traffic causes nuisances even when inaudible.

Yeah that. Everything is connected. Though we are a little off track now.

So anyway, let’s put out the vibrations that fulfill the prophecy that our life is bountiful and full of what we need. The other end of that spectrum would be to think it is terrible and then it will become unsatisfying

..signing off
